Mark & Olivia

Mark & Olivia's Wedding at Charlton Park

Mark & Olivia got married at Charlton Park near Canterbury on a beautiful sunny Saturday in May. You’d think that working for two Lawyers could be daunting but during our pre wedding meeting and throughout the wedding day Mark and Olivia were laughing with each other, making me laugh and not taking themselves seriously at all! I love these two and their love for each other was so evident throughout the day. Mark and Olivia rung me and were so overjoyed having looked through the photos! I love this review they sent me “We thought we would get some great pictures, but we were blown away by the number of stunning pictures that Olly produced.  He captured the spirit of the day and the personalities of the guests perfectly. We will always treasure the amazing pictures of friends and family that Olly took. Olly was not only the consummate professional, blending into the background so that people didn’t feel uncomfortable being around a photographer, but he also got on so well with everyone that it was like having another, very welcome, guest. We can’t recommend Olly highly enough.”

Shay & Laura

Shay & Laura's Wedding at Chilston Park

Shay & Laura had their wedding at Chilston Park. Shay is originally from Canada and both him and Laura lived and worked there before moving back to the UK last year. Their wedding had many family and friends from both sides of the Atlantic. Laura’s dress was incredible and was made for her by a Canadian designer (well done to her Bridesmaid for bringing it over on the plane!) The beautiful light and tall ceilings of the room that she got into the dress at Chilston Park made for some of my favourite pictures from the day. I also appreciated Shay’s quick response in the ceremony when he was asked about where he should stand. Shay replied “I don’t know, I’ve never done this before!” We all laughed a lot! In the evening they had two options for guests- a band to dance to or a casino games room. I thought this was a great idea. Laura kept the dance floor going- I love seeing a Bride and Groom really enjoying the party in the evening! Laura emailed me to say “Evening Olly, I hope you’ve had a lovely weekend? The photos have arrived and they are UNBELIEVABLE!!! Thank you so much!  We looked through them today with my Parents and loved all of them! Thank you, thank you, thank you!”

Tim & Conni

Tim & Conni's Wedding at St Philip & St James Church in Upnor

Tim & Conni had their wedding at St Philip & St James Church in Upnor, Kent. The boys and girls got ready two doors apart from each other in the morning. The girls had prepared a champagne “afternoon tea” for Conni and there were loads of fun moments to capture (thanks Bridesmaid Sam!) and that was the pattern for the rest of the day. After the ceremony we went onto the Ferry House Inn where Tim gave a brilliant Grooms speech and the dance floor was pumping! Conni said “We first met Olly on an engagement shoot that had been bought for us. I’m not a huge fan of having my picture taken and my partner can be a little fussy but Olly was so much fun to be around really put us at ease and the photos were amazing and so natural. We knew that we had to book him from our wedding. He took so many amazing pictures and captured our whole day perfectly documenting so many special memories. Nothing is too much for Olly and his passion is so clear we wouldn’t of wanted anyone else to capture our special moments now and in the future. Thank you so much Olly”

Andrew & Sarah's Wedding at Blackstock Farm in Sussex

Andrew & Sarah had their wedding at Blackstock Farm in Hellingly. Andrew & Sarah grew up in the UK but both emigrated to New Zealand which is where they got together. My favourite moment from their wedding was when Sarah came downstairs in her dress. Her Parent’s faces were so proud and because of a well placed mirror I managed to get all three of them in the same shot! Throughout the day there was gorgeous golden Winter light and at the Church it was streaming through the large side windows. At Blackstock Farm we went out for a stroll just before sunset and the backdrop, the light and the couple made for some really beautiful pictures. Sarah said “Hi Olly, we absolutely love the photos!!!!!! It was so great to watch the slideshow first and there are so many amazing images there and we really are so happy with how they have captured the day- it was great to relive the day and talk about it whilst we looked at the photo’s. Our family and friends love them too. Thank you so much Olly, it really was great to have you there! Let us know if you take on a wedding in NZ anytime! Sarah and Andrew X”

Steve & Amy

Steve & Amy's Wedding at Great Higham Farm

Amy works as a wedding photographer so I knew that this wedding would be special to photograph. Thirty of Steve & Amy’s closest friends and family gathered round in the woods as Steve’s Dad led the ceremony. Their wedding meal was Mexican street food. We all had tacos and I got to sit with the guests. I felt so welcomed that it was like I was one of the family. When I didn’t think the day could get any better their first dance took place outside under fairy lights with their guests waving sparklers. Amy said “Thank you so much Olly for photographing our wedding day! Never in a million years did I think we would get a photographer willing to bring his swimming shorts and get in the pool with his very expensive camera on our wedding day… that is true dedication!! We really wanted a photographer that would just blend into the day and take some lovely natural shots and you really achieved that. It felt as though you were another guest enjoying the day with us. We had so many comments from our guests about how lovely you were too!”

Pete & Liz

There were so many moments during this wedding where I was lost for words at how stunning the setting was for this day. The Cathedral made this occasion feel like a royal wedding but Pete and Liz and their family and friends made the day feel relaxed and fun. The sit down meal was at the Archbishops Palace with a marquee set up right next to the Cathedral. As the sun set on the Cathedral you couldn’t have asked for a more breathtaking view whilst you ate! Pete emailed me to say “Hi Olly. We are so pleased with all aspects of the service that you provided.  On the day you and Jen were great fun to be around and you were certainly true to your promise of being unobtrusive (there are photos in there of parts of the wedding that we did not even realise that you were shooting!)  The photos themselves are beautiful (as in fact is the USB drive and presentation case).  You have managed to capture both the grandure of the Cathedral setting and the most intimate of details as our guests went about enjoying the day.  They will provide us with the perfect record of the occasion to reflect on in the years to come”

Henry & Sarah

This wedding was without doubt one of the most amazing, creative and unique weddings that I have ever had the privilege of photographing! Henry & Sarah had an amazingly colourful Kentish Country wedding in July. They are both keen campers and had an outdoor ceremony on hay bails at Nethergong Nurseries which is a campsite near Canterbury in Kent. Sarah emailed me saying “Olly! You were brilliant! I think we speak for everyone there when we say you were constantly delightful to be around, always on hand whenever we needed you and continuously discreet. Thank you so much for being as much a guest at our wedding as our photographer. We will always recommend you and the photos you took on the day are more than we could have ever asked for!”

Alex & Charlotte

Alex & Charlotte had wedding at All Saints Church in Old Heathfield, East Sussex and at Charlotte’s family home in Herstmonceux. One of my favourite moments from the day was during the speeches. Alex was just about to go up and make his speech. He was nervous (like most Grooms would be) but Alex has had a stammer since he was young making public speaking incredibly difficult. As he was about to get up and give his speech Alex’s Dad got to his feet, started cheering his Son on and got everyone around to start clapping and cheering for Alex too. I was welling up behind the camera before Alex even started! Alex did incredibly well and got a standing ovation at the end of the speech. I loved being around Alex & Charlotte on their wedding day. Charlotte emailed me to say “Hi Olly. We received our flash drive in the post today and just wanted to let you know that we love the photos! Everyone looks so happy and smiley which is exactly what we wanted/were hoping for! It’s great to see the emotion in the photos as well which is difficult to capture. Thanks”

Dom & Tash

Dom & Tash had one of the most fun and lively weddings I’ve covered. Comedy things just kept on happening. During the prep Tash and the flower girl had a cuddle but the flower girl’s hug was a bit too much forcing Tash off balance and tumbling onto the floor. Tash found it hilarious and was laughing on the floor for ages! It was my first time back to St Peters in Bridge since Kirsty and I got married there 7 years ago so it was quite special seeing the Church again. Dom and Tash were beaming all the way through the ceremony and Tash even accidentally repeated the Vicar’s lines after saying her vows which prompted even more laughter from them and from the guests. Tash said “Dom and I have just finished looking through the amazing pictures. You captured every moment of our day in such a natural way, they are a perfect fit for us. You were such a pleasure to work with, easy going and friendly. It felt like we had a friend with us, which was just brilliant. Thank you for being such a great person to work with.”

Charlie & Beth

This wedding had the best start to a wedding day ever. I pulled up in my car outside Beth’s family home and her Dad was giving her a piggy back to go and see the wedding car that had just arrived! I love that this was the first frame that I captured! This wedding was characterised by two main things. The first was the family involvement in making this wedding so special and unique. Beth’s Sister Caitlin made Beth’s wedding dress and Beth’s Mum played the harp during the ceremony. The second thing was a real sense of joy. I haven’t photographed many Brides more smiley and fun than Beth and her and Charlie were obviously so excited to be Husband and Wife. Beth said “Charlie and I have had a wonderful time today looking through our photos for the first time! The photos are simply stunning; we are so pleased! Thank you to you and James for capturing our day so perfectly. I have treasured memories of a day so full of pure joy and laughter. It was an absolute joy to have you both there. Kris & Louise

Kris & Louise’s wedding day was filled with beautiful golden light, stunning backdrops and huge grins! The best part of the day was wondering up to the High Rocks with the couple. I’m very rarely left speechless but as we reached the top of the rocks overlooking the woods and the vast expanse of land beneath with the sun setting in the distance it was one of those moments that I’ll always remember. Louise said “Hey Olly, Kris and I have just arrived home from our honeymoon and were so excited to have our photos waiting for us on the doormat! The photos are AMAZING and we absolutely love them! You have managed to capture so many great pictures, all of the the little details and lots of special moments that we missed. The background looks spectacular and you have captured it beautifully. You were so relaxed and just blended in, it felt like having another friend there really. Thank you for putting us at ease. You and James worked so hard and we loved your enthusiasm! It’s clear that you genuinely love your job and we honestly can’t thank you enough. Thanks again Olly, you rock! Lou and Kris :)”

Simon & Karen’s wedding at Preston Court was one of the most vibrant and fun weddings I’ve ever shot! From the moment I got the house in the morning and heard Karen shout out “Olly, Olly, Olly” (to which I obviously replied “Oi, Oi, Oi”) I knew the wedding would be as fun as it promised to be. Karen had brought in 35 suppliers for this wedding (!!) there was everything from a champagne fountain to a fish and chip van to a saxophonist for the dance floor! I was amazed at the amount of thought they had put in to the flow of the day. They never wanted a lull at the wedding, they always wanted something going on for their guests. The evening was my highlight at this wedding- a sunset stroll with horses, Simon putting wedding cake right into Karen’s face and an Ibiza dance floor! Karen emailed me to say “Hi Olly!! The photos are AMAZING!! We are so chuffed thank you so much!!! What a day hey! We loved every second and it was a real pleasure having you and James capturing all the lovely moments for us! There are some real gems in there! Thanks olly :-) xx”

Matt & Lydia met through running together and for their couple pictures we went for a stroll along some corn fields that Matt and Lydia go running in now, it seemed really fitting to be there. Lydia and friends had done a brilliant job with the DIY marquee reception on her Nan’s land and had made it look amazing with decorations and games for guests to get involved with. After the meal nearly all of the top table gave a speech and there were a couple of really special moments as Lydia’s Father sung a song he’d written for her and as Matt’s Brother said how much he admired Matt through tears. Lydia messaged me to say “Olly!! Thank you SOOOOO much!!! We absolutely LOVE them!! Cannot believe you and James captured the day so perfectly! The photos told the story of the day and we just love them Olly! Have been through and through them! Plus… The packaging was so cute!! Loads of love! M&L xx”

Jon & Lily had a woodland wedding in Tonbridge, Kent. I started the day at the girls and photographed them as they were eating smoked salmon and scrambled eggs. There was a lovely atmosphere at the house and the house cat even invaded the bathroom as Lily was having her wedding dress done up (the cat was quickly showed the door…) The ceremony was held in a clearing in the woods by a big oak tree and afterwards guests went back to the marquee for drinks. The speeches were very entertaining but the dance floor was even more so! I even got sucked into a dancing circle against my will and it took me a while to shimmy back out! Lily emailed me to say “Thanks very much for sending through the USB with the photos on, we had a look at them yesterday evening and we love them! In fact I think it is fair to say that we couldn’t be more pleased with them! I love how you managed to capture everyone’s emotions on the day and you also captured brilliant photos of a lot of our close friends and family! People were big fans of you both! Mark & Hannah had their Wedding at Malmesbury Abbey & Great Tythe Barn. On the day I spent some time with Hannah and her family in the morning. I loved it when Hannah was being helped into her dress by her Sisters, her Mum was looking on proud as a Mum can be. Then we made our way to the magnificent setting of Malmesbury Abbey for the ceremony. This Abbey is breath-taking with it’s incredibly tall ceilings and huge pillars. In the afternoon back at the barn there was so much colour in the decorations, there were garden games and opportunities to feed the pigs and donkeys. I had such a good day with these two, a delightful wedding to document. Mark & Hannah messaged to say “It was a true pleasure to have you and Jen come and photograph and join us in celebrating our wedding. We loved having you both there, so did our guests, it was just like having old friends celebrating with us. We’ve spent hours looking through all of the photos (multiple times!) and we LOVE them all SO MUCH! Jason & Sarah

Jason & Sarah had their wedding at Crown Lodge in Kent. This was an intimate wedding of 30 people. Jason had chosen his Dad Lee to be his Best Man. It must have been a huge honour being asked by your own Son to be his Best Man. Lee gave my favourite ever wedding hug and also delivered one of the best speeches too. I went on a walk after the speeches with Jason & Sarah across the downs just as sun set to get some pictures of them and the view. I thought this was my favourite part of the day until the dancing. Half way through the first dance something brilliant happened…! Sarah left this review “We knew as soon as we met Olly we wanted him to photograph our wedding. He was so friendly and down to earth it was as though we had known him for years. During the day it was just like having another friend or family member there to share our day and we hardly noticed him taking pictures he was so discreet. I’ve always wanted to shoot a wedding in the glasshouse at The Secret Garden so when Paul and Clare got in touch and told me about their intimate wedding with 17 people and the glasshouse would be used for most of the day I really couldn’t say no! The whole feel of the day was relaxed and fun with the people closest to Paul and Clare. I particularly enjoyed the garden games and the welly wanging! When Paul had a go I decided to photograph him head on. It nearly ended up “head off” though as I felt the welly fly past my head only a couple of inches away! Clare said “We chose Olly because we wanted photos that showed the day as we experienced it – showing things that happened that we want to have memories of. The photos Olly had taken are stunning and captured the day just as we experienced it, people having fun,  enjoying themselves and spending time with each other. Olly has been helpful and responsive since we enquired.  He is also one of the nicest people we have ever met! On the day,  it felt like he was just one of the guests,  and our friends and family enjoyed chatting to him throughout the day.  Thank you Olly, it has been a pleasure working with you and we love our photos.  We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending you!”

James spent the morning with the chaps who watched England play Rugby on the TV. As I arrived at St George’s Church Anna’s Uncle was launching a drone into the air to capture the day from above. Her Uncle only happened to be head of photography for The Sun (no pressure on me then!) Ed & Anna had a stroll around the field and immediately afterwards the heavens opened. There’s torrential rain then there was this rain. It came so fast and with such force guests ran into the marquee, some tried to close the sides of the marquee whilst getting drenched and wellies were needed for anyone who needed to get anywhere. Ed and Anna didn’t complain about it, they just embraced it and continued to enjoy the day. In the evening my other favourite moment was when the family dog invaded the dance floor for Ed & Anna’s first dance. Anna said “Olly, we have just got back from honeymoon and are looking through the photos. They are absolutely amazing! You guys did such a great job. They had a great band playing hymns with a modern twist and there was beautiful light pouring over the couple as they signed the register. We went to the Sussex Downs after the ceremony and Laurie & Holly had a walk near the Jack and Jill Windmills. It was amazing being able to see so much of Sussex from the top of the hills. Laurie sent me a message to say “Beautiful pictures thank you Olly! I’d never seen this happen before and it was a great sign of the two families coming together. Another highlight was the speeches- one Dad joke in particular caused a lot of hands to cover a lot of faces!! Heather said “Just got our wedding pictures through and spent ages looking through them and remembering parts of the day. Couldn’t stop laughing at some points! Their wedding made lots of references to this mutual passion of theirs through the decor they chose and in the speeches. I’d never photographed a Bride doing press ups or flexing her muscles before I photographed this wedding! Well done Emma! I was so grateful I could be part of their day. Chris & Emma sent me a thank you card saying “Dear Olly, Just a little note to say thank you for being such a wonderful wedding photographer. You are a very friendly and relaxed character who takes very good pictures. He is easy to talk to and happy to listen to your suggestions and comments. We returned from honeymoon yesterday and our photographs were on the doorstep waiting, what an amazing thing to come home to. Olly’s pictures had appeared via a friends friend on Social Media and from that moment on we knew he was the man for us. He is both dedicated and passionate about his art and i think its fair to say his images truly reflect that. We wanted a laid back, fun wedding, and obviously that needed a laid back and fun photographer… which Olly is the epitome of! Then the guests went to the evening venue- The Pearsons Arms which made for some amazing sunset pictures as everyone walked along the beach. My favourite part of the day was Doug & Becky’s first dance. This was far removed from the normal sway that first dances tend to be. These guys had lessons and tuition for several months in order to make it a really memorable part of the day. The dance turned into a jive and all their guests were applauding and cheering them on. It was great! Becky emailed me to say “Olly, the pictures are brilliant.  Some amazing moments captured that tell a whole story by themselves. The natural reactions of everyone are so lovely – even those with their heads in their hands while my Dad was making his speech – hilarious.  The smiles, the laughter, the concentration, the emotion, all captured. Some wonderful pictures of my husband and I which we will treasure forever.”

During the speeches it was so obvious that Chris & Charlie were so happy to be together- there were many looks at each other, little tugs on each other’s hands and it always gives me real pleasure working for a couple who are so relaxed around each other and so obviously in love. The dancing in the evening, back at the Chapel, was beautifully lit and summed up the day to me- beautiful setting and fun people! Charlie wrote me this review on my Facebook page “Thank you Olly for capturing all those moments of our special day. Olly you were so discreet which was exactly what we were looking for and we can’t thank you enough for your hard work.”

Manolo & Holly

Manolo and Holly got married at the stunning setting of Canterbury Cathedral. Not only did the couple choose amazing venues- the Crypt in the Cathedral for the ceremony and Mount Ephraim Gardens for the evening reception but there was a real mix of cultures at the wedding too. Family and friends came from all over the world including some from Peru (where Manolo grew up) to many from Hong Kong where the couple are based now. Before Holly got married her surname was Knight so one letter away from my first name and surname. I couldn’t resist making a joke of that for their group picture! The BBC were at the wedding filming for a series they are doing on the Cathedral too. A great wedding! Manolo emailed me after seeing the pictures to say “Olly, we just spend the morning reliving the great moments with your pictures. Really lovely pics!!! We cant thank you enough.”

Matt & Kelly

Matt & Kelly got married at the stunning Knowlton Court in Kent. It was a bringing together of Matt and his English family and Kelly and her American family. There was a great atmosphere to this wedding and I’ve never seen a Bride and guests get dancing so quickly in the evening. It was brilliant to see. Matt emailed me to say “Hi Olly! We’ve looked through the pictures and I’ve lost lots of time at work by sneaking back to look again! They are fantastic!  I think the 80 you’ve picked out for your site are great too.  I’m not sure I’d know where to begin if I had to pick out favourites. Thanks, Matt”

Have just spent a lovely evening with Tom looking through them all!”

Will & Jen got married at St Edmunds School Chapel where Jen used to study in Canterbury. They had their reception at the beautiful Winters Barns. Jen emailed me shortly after they received their pictures saying this: “As a couple who had previously felt a little anxious at the thought of having our pictures taken all day, Olly was just amazing in making us feel completely comfortable for the entirety of the day from the word go! From the moment we first spoke to Olly, he genuinely listened to exactly the style of photos we were looking for; and as a result more than delivered. We LOVE the photos! I would 100% recommend Olly to anyone!”

Alex & Donna

Alex & Donna got married at the award winning Gaynes Park. These two are one of the funniest couples I’ve ever had the pleasure of photographing- really joyful & always laughing! They text me this review: “Olly we just want to say a huge thank you so much for capturing all the moments of our wedding! You have given us memories which mean so much to us! Throughout the day you were so discreet and considerate. We didn’t even realise you were there, which is a credit to your skills as a photographer. We absolutely love you! Such a top bloke!”

Oli & Sabina

Oli & Sabina chose the beautiful setting of The Italian Gardens at Hever Castle to get married. Some of my highlights from the day were Sabina walking through the gardens with her Dad on the way to meet Oli. I also loved the band in the evening getting Oli to sing along to one of the songs much to the amusement of his friends! Oli & Sabina are both Doctors and so were lots of their guests. I think the South East of England must have experienced a shortage of Doctors on this wedding day! I hope you enjoy these images from the day. Oli emailed me to say “The pictures are fantastic. We have already been showing the pics to our friends. We are so pleased with them. Thank you so much.”

Liam & Kelly

Liam & Kelly had their wedding day at the beautiful Rowhill Grange in Greater London. This was my first time to this venue which caters for weddings as well as being a spa hotel with beautiful grounds. It was a bit drizzly in the morning but everyone wanted to go ahead with the outdoor wedding in the gazebo. The decision really paid off as the sun came out and no rain troubled us again! One highlight from the day was when the Bridesmaids and Kelly were getting ready. There was lots of laughter and everyone was really relaxed when I was there. Another highlight was the photos we went to take in the evening. Liam’s Son was insistent that Olly the photographer should do the limbo as well as his Dad and Kelly! I obliged!

Graeme & Ellie

Graeme & Ellie’s wedding at All Saints Church in Ulcombe was fantastic. My favourite part of the day was in the evening when we went out for a stroll through the wheat fields next to the oast house as the sun was setting. I remember thinking to myself “I love my job so much” as I looked out over the field and saw Graeme and Ellie enjoying each other’s company. A lowlight was when Kevin (my assistant) and I both stacked it when climbing down a ditch to get into the field (Brogue’s were a bad choice!) Ellie said “On first meeting Olly his laid back demeanour, professionalism and quality of his photographs confirmed to us that we’d found the person to photograph our wedding. Olly and Kevin were exemplary, discreetly documenting the day with photos that we still cannot stop looking through! I would recommend Olly to anyone getting married, especially to those who dislike having their photo taken – he takes amazing photos when you don’t even realise he’s taking them!!! Above all, Olly is a lovely guy, incredibly easy going and a fantastic photographer, we could not have asked for anyone better!”

Leon & Sanaa

Leon & Sanaa had their wedding at Hayne House. I don’t remember a time when I’ve been laughing as much, whilst working, as when I was with the girls getting ready in the morning. Impromptu Gangnam Style dancing, crazy faces and broken nail over reaction moments made it a hilarious room to be in! Family and friends gathered from all over the world for the wedding and it was Sanaa’s Sister who led the outdoor ceremony through. Leon & Sanaa practiced their first dance moves when I took them out for their couple pictures. They were twirling and spinning around in a clearing in the woods and it made for some beautiful pictures. Leon messaged me to say “Thank you so much Olly! We love our photos, and you and Kev really captured our wedding perfectly.”

There was a nice and relaxed feel to the day and my highlight was taking Richard and Laura for their couple pictures. We found a spot between thousands of pints of beer in huge blue tanks- this was the perfect place for a few pictures. I hope you like this selection of the best pictures from the day.

Stuart & Annik

Stuart & Annik got married at The Chapel Down Winery in Tenderten, Kent. It was my first visit to this venue and it was an intimate, outdoor wedding with just 20 guests. They had an amazing jazz quartet (that Jamie Oliver had for his wedding too!) and the couple’s children were very sweet and loved having their pictures taken! My highlight was when I went for a stroll with Stuart & Annik through the vineyards, it was so relaxed and the views were stunning. A fantastic day and a great venue that I hope to visit again soon. Annik emailed me saying “Hi Olly. The photos are gorgeous. Love them. Thank you so much. You have captured the day perfectly! We are thrilled. Annik xx”

Dan & Sarah

Dan & Sarah got married at one of Kent’s most popular wedding venues, The Old Kent Barn, on a very hot Friday in July. I took James as my assistant and we covered prep photos right up until the dancing in the evening. Dan and Sarah were a pleasure to be around, the magician provided some amazing tricks to capture (or people’s reactions!) and the dance floor was brilliant in the evening. Sarah emailed me to say “Hi Olly. Dan and I spent yesterday evening looking through the photos – amazing!  Just wanted to email to say that we love them, and there are some real knock-out ones.  We are thrilled that we decided to have the magician too – it made for some great photos of the guests being entertained, and everyone looks so happy.  We can’t wait to show them off and start a wall collage at home – it can finally replace the World Cup wall chart (that is still up…!)”

You brought such a relaxed atmosphere and made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera – an absolute miracle! We have always admired the photos on your blog and we now have our own set of gorgeous photos to adore. Andy & Louise

Andy & Louise had a seaside themed wedding at The Lobster Shack, East Quay Venue in Whitstable. My highlight was when I took Andy & Louise out for a walk along the seafront and all of a sudden the heavens opened, there was torrential rain and we all had to sprint back to the venue! We got soaked but it was fun! Louise sent me these lovely words after her and Andy returned from honeymoon “We couldn’t get over how lovely and special the pictures were and how you captured so many moments without any of us realising you were there. Some of our favourite ones are those; the ones where people are just relaxed and happy in the moment! We felt it really provided a story of our day, so thank you so much! So many people commented on how lovely and friendly you were too!”

The Science Theatre at Salomons Estate was a stunning backdrop for Simon & Suzy’s ceremony! Incredibly tall ceilings, a stage for the Bride and Groom to stand on and great vantage points for myself and James to get some shots. His natural shots that capture the real emotion of the day blew us away. From the initial communication right through to post processing Olly is friendly, helpful and very professional.
