Sam & Jo’s wedding at St Ives Methodist Church was fun from beginning to end. I got to know Sam through a music event a few years ago and he asked me if I’d consider photographing his wedding just before he popped the question to his then girlfriend Jo! I was delighted I got to be part of their wedding in St Ives. Jo got ready in Cambridge and I travelled in with her to the Methodist Church. James Richards covered the boys prep (a few of the images below are by him). There were so many little moments between Sam & Jo in the ceremony and they danced back down the aisle together. It was December and there was a huge snowman next to the river in St Ives which made us crack up and all the time I was around Sam & Jo they just laughed, danced and had the best day of their lives! Amazing! Their reception was at their own Church (The Bridge Church in St Ives) and they had family members providing the music in the evening. The amount of photos we saw that, upon reflection, must have required him to get into the most interesting spaces and places is baffling. And he does it because he cares. About you. About your wedding day. And his drive to find the best angle for for the realest moments is commendable. Well done, bro! The photos were astounding, professional and oh so warmly real! It goes without saying that our photos are the best ever! Olly will make your photos the best ever too! And that is no exaggeration. Book him. Now.”
