Hi! I'm a friendly ginger-bearded wedding photographer, working in Kent, London, the UK and overseas. I'd love to chat. Feel free to connect using the links below.

I spent a brilliant few days out in Lucca celebrating Niall and Orlagh’s wedding at Casale de Pasquinelli in Tuscany. It was my first time to this venue in the hills and it had one of the most stunning views looking out from the ceremony to the valley beneath and later on when we all ate there were equally incredible views. I managed to get a perspective from a top floor window looking out over the speeches and everyone eating, it was beautiful.

Myself and Stan (who came to second shoot for me) met up with Niall and Orlagh in Lucca for a Limoncello Spritz a couple of days before the wedding and we got on so well with them. We chatted and laughed for an hour and half together. The festivities kicked off on Sunday night with a pizza party (Niall and Orlagh even got to make and cook their own) and then Monday was their wedding day. Niall and Orlagh and the majority of their guests had come from Northern Ireland and they were all so easy to get on with. It was also really special as I got to recommend Umberto who I’d met in 2024 at an Italian wedding so he was on video and he was so fun to work alongside. Here are some of my favourite images…

Olly Knight… where do we even begin?! Olly flew out to Tuscany to photograph our wedding in Lucca and from start to finish he was nothing short of incredible. We first came across Olly’s work after seeing a wedding he had photographed in Rome. We knew we wouldn’t feel comfortable posing for photos and Olly’s approach of capturing all the moments throughout the day as it naturally unfolded really appealed to us. From the moment we reached out to Olly, we were met with someone friendly, approachable and professional. Olly never once felt like a ‘vendor’ — it genuinely felt we had known him for years. Everything was seamless, from our first message, to a pre-wedding call and then finally meeting in Lucca for an Aperol Spritz just days before the big day. We felt completely at ease from the very beginning.

By the time the wedding arrived he truly felt like a friend with a camera. That said, we never once felt like there was a camera around -Olly has such a calming presence and we felt so comfortable to just be ourselves, have fun, spend our day with our family and friends and just go for a ‘little walk’, just the two of us, when Olly saw an opportunity for catching the light! And then came the photos… we were honestly speechless when the previews arrived. The only way I can describe seeing Olly’s photographs is that you don’t just see them— you feel them. Olly has an incredible gift for capturing the emotion, energy and little in-between moments that make a day truly unforgettable. These are memories we’ll treasure for a lifetime! Thank you, Olly. We are so grateful. Niall and Orlagh
