The Ferry House Inn Wedding Photography
It’s been a pleasure to have been a recommended photographer at The Ferry House Inn over the last few years. I do a couple of weddings each year there and when David & Carmen got in touch with me they were honest and said that because they were having a small wedding they’d originally thought of not having a photographer at all. It was The Ferry House Inn that suggested to them to have a photographer and I was delighted when they chose me! There was stunning December light as I arrived and as Carmen, her Daughters and Grandchildren were getting ready there was beautiful sun streaming through the windows and some really fun moments with her Grandchildren too! A couple of moments really stood out to me. One was when David & Carmen went for a stroll along the edge of the water as the sun was setting. Another moment was during the speeches when Carmen’s Daughter Leah and Leah’s Son Toby were laughing together so much that they lost it after they’d seen some funny pictures of David! It was beautiful moment and I love these Parent/ Child interactions at weddings! I was only originally going to hang around until the start of the meal but I loved having David and Carmen over to mine and getting to know them so much that I stayed a few extra hours! If I had gone earlier I wouldn’t have got those speech moments which I’m so happy that I got to capture for Carmen and her family. Carmen was one of the loveliest Brides I’ve had the privilege of working for. She was full of joy and so caring throughout the day. Such a great couple! These are my favourite moments from their wedding. Enjoy!
Carmen wrote this review on my Facebook page “Extremely pleased with all the photo’s that Olly took. He is a very talented photographer and the photo’s captured the happiness of our special day. You don’t actually realise that Olly is there and this is reflected in the natural photo’s that he takes. Olly is very easy to work with and nothing is too much trouble for him. We could not of picked anyone better. Thank you so much Olly.”
