Doug & Becky had their wedding at Kent Life, near Maidstone, on a beautifully sunny Friday in May.It was my first time back at Kent Life in over a year. I love the fact that it’s a working farm with lots of animals and it has a really relaxed feel to it which suits the style of photography I go for. Doug (with kilt!) and Becky got married in the village hall at Kent Life and had time before the meal for drinks, lots of chats and laughter with their family and friends. We went out for a stroll in the evening and as we were walking down a path lots of pigs approached us and proceeded to scratch themselves against the fence, we had to run away from the cloud of dust that followed!! My favourite part of the day was Doug & Becky’s first dance. This was far removed from the normal sway that first dances tend to be. These guys had lessons and tuition for several months in order to make it a really memorable part of the day. The dance turned into a jive and all their guests were applauding and cheering them on. It was great! I love how relaxed and down to earth Doug and Becky are. The perfect type of couple to work for. I hope you enjoy my favourite images from the day.
