I’m Olly and I work as a destination wedding photographer and here was my recent trip to Florence. I went out to Italy to photograph Jack and Sophie’s wedding in August (see their wedding here). The day before their wedding we went to explore Florence and we thought it would be a good place for the two of them to wander around and have some photos taken. Florence is breathtakingly beautiful. We started at Piazzale Michelangelo which overlooks the City then ventured down to the river, the little cobbled streets and bridges. My favourite part was the series of arches next to the river where golden light was flooding through and acted as a brilliant backdrop as Jack and Sophie wandered through.
