Danny and Kacey came to meet me to chat about their wedding and I instantly wanted to shoot their wedding because of Danny’s great beard and Kacey’s cool fringe! I joked that I’d be honoured to photograph the fringe beard wedding and these two actually used that as their wedding hashtag #fringebeardwed (I couldn’t have been prouder!) Getting to know these two has been brilliant- they are kind, compassionate and fun. On the wedding day I loved Kacey’s big expressions when she came down to show her wedding dress and when they walked through the confetti. Danny was smiling alway most of the day and one of my favourite bits was when they had a bounce on the bouncy castle together. I was photographing a few details on the wedding breakfast tables and saw what was going on and shot out quick so I didn’t miss it! My favourite bit of the wedding day was when Danny’s Mum got out of her wheelchair to dance with her Son on the dance floor. I think I was smiling and starting to cry at the same time. I hope you like looking through my favourites from the day. Danny inspired me to grow a beard so it was so sweet when they brought round some beard products for me and even some little presents for my family too! That sums these two up! They said…
