Clapton Country Club sounds like a wedding venue that’s surrounded by fields in the countryside but it’s right in the middle of London and it’s one of the coolest, quirkiest and interesting venues I’ve photographed in. There’s a large ceremony room with exposed brickwork and beams. There’s a huge ballroom to eat in and dance in with a balcony that I found really useful for getting overhead shots. There’s also spaces to get ready on site and a really lovely cobbled lane for couple pictures and confetti. Here’s some images I took at Clapton Country Club and if you’re looking for a documentary style Photographer who doesn’t control the day but captures genuine moments then I could be the chap for you!
