Mount Ephraim Gardens Wedding Photography James & Emily
Mount Ephraim Gardens is a stunning wedding venue in the countryside between Canterbury and Faversham, Kent. This country estate has been owned by the Dawes family for 300 years. This venue only takes on a certain number of weddings each year so it doesn’t have the “conveyer belt” feeling that a wedding venue taking on 100+ weddings a year would have. I loved photographing James and Emily’s wedding here at Mount Ephraim in March with my assistant James. They had an Alice in Wonderland theme to the day and their little dog Rex was part of the celebrations too! When everyone clapped after their kiss Rex got quite excited and wouldn’t stop barking! Light pours in through the glass ceiling to the ceremony hall and there were so many great places for the couple photographs during the afternoon. I’m looking forward to returning to Mount Ephraim in October for another wedding and I hope you enjoy looking through these images.
After James & Emily had received their wedding images they sent me a message to say: “Hi Olly, thank you! We had a lovely time away and our wedding day was simply perfect. I am just going through the pictures now and we are both so so pleased. Thank you both so very much for your hard work and capturing our special day just how we wanted! Everyone commented on how unobtrusive and polite you guys were so thank you! Hopefully see you again one day!! Emily & Jamie x”
