John & Charlene got married on a lovely sunny May weekend at Lympne Castle in Kent in 2013. The day was great and reminded me of why I love my job so much. The speeches were a stand out moment of the day for me. John’s speech was brilliant- full of kind words to Charlene and really emotional too. My eyes even welled up behind the camera. There were some comedy moments too like the Best Man out of the blue doing a running jump in front of the camera and when Charlene’s Dad was asked “Who gives this woman to be wed to this man?” he replied “IT IS I” in a loud theatrical voice- everyone was laughing for quite a while- including the photographer!
